Executive Committee

Chamal – Have you seen people who knows nothing about them-this guys one of them.Nothing much to say about him coz he doesn’t do that much…only takes long meetings every Sunday…..some call him “thathi”nice name……a good for nothing _______(fill in the blanks with whatever u like)……

Zahid- Who has no idea of the 7 days of the week(when something is to be done this Monday he does it next Monday)hard to tell time (the meeting which starts at 8a.m for all starts 9a.m to him)his favourite school starts with "S" & ends with "M"

Eranda- Cool as usual…has some problems with the time and forgets small things(like bringing an important note to a meeting)it takes so much just to scare him (if u wanna try -good luck to you)

Dilhan-Usual as usually…..but too complicated with his practices……did all of the quiz programme(there’s small doubt whether he has any idea of the questions given)had a lot of fun @ the drink stall(with the drinks of course)

Yohan- Ready 4 anything ,anytime,anyplace:has no trouble in remembering things said(if told 5 minutes before)loves nights without sleep,rain,lots of rain and specially shocking experiences.....(the word "pool"not -swimming pool-comes somewhere with his name-but don't know where)


General Committee

Raida-Always has a smile on her face even when everything is going wrong or even when she doesn’t know what the hell is going on.....

Chamindi-better known as Chami…..finds it hard to remember numbers(Rs.20,000 from Rs.10,000)coolest you’ll find anywhere….(let’s hope)

Shazna-Loves G.U.A.C (give us a clue)and hates losing…..knows something or anything about singing(if she’s the one I remember singing)

Raifa-Defineatley has a job waiting for her at Dialog….the best you’ll find for a person who wants things perfect…and done fast….(the other wants the job to be done....but)

Dayana-Finds it hard to walk without swaying to and fro…(something must be wrong with wheel alignment)only place she wants to be at Interaction is the request stall.

Jeevani-good….but could improve on the time she joins the organizing committee…loves fun things and doing fun things.......

Nihara-Have u ever heard of a laugh which makes u laugh…..ask her how she does it…beware !!!she’s also a good cricketer.....filled with cool ideas...(ask her yourself)

Ruvini & Gehani- two of the coolest sisters…..seeing them here and there everywhere……(anybody gets confused with the names)ready for anything(almost)

Angeli- hates the word starting with “D” and ends with “tion”,you see her everywhere ….maybe under a table to cover her self from the sun or under a tree to make sure it does not fall…..

Shyanika-Her school’s the best(tough luck for the other schools)…..a phone which rings even when it’s off will be great for her….could improve on the arrival(@ meetings),plays around with an old hat Shaggy left in Sri Lanka.......

Zahara-Now here’s an active Interactor,name any game & she’ll play (though not knowing the ball to be round or oval)can count on her for anything (have to re-think on that)her theme "bite & be bitten"

Firaz-Coolest and fastest guy you’ll find wherever he’s going he’s going somewhere…(hope so-you can ask him if you want to...)formally known as Zahara's right hand(or maybe the left)

Anushka-In charge of Football,but not coming on that day….(must have forgotten) ready always to help out…

Amal- A nice name….thought for sometime he didn’t want the t-shirt…..silent ,so silent so so silent...(who knows)

Farhan-Any kade is a kade for him….knows the best places…..can see him everywhere at all events (knowing nothing of the game that day)knows some connection between Galle,Tents and rain…(ask him for detailed info)

Raveen-No hand can keep him from being with the Organizing Committee (ask him why?)cute smile and believes it’s o.k. to come and go without playing……(basketball)

Thushan-Has so many things on his mind (none he knows of)has a tendency of forgetting meetings.(time and the date)works with a cool head and a busy schedule....(as far as I know)

Rajindra-So hard to find the guy until the last day…the busiest you’ll find for a guy….(don't tell him that....

Sasun-You see him at every game…(coz he’s not playing-so not playing means he is not losing)wants to try and play every game (tennis with a badminton racket)

Kuthubdeen-the wildest craziest and for the most coolest ideas you can turn to this guy…..somehow forgot to wear the IOC (Tnteraction Organizing committee)T-shirt on the first day...

Rishard-there’s lots to talk about this guy…..knows what he is doing even when he’s not doing it……can have any meeting just after letting him know(the night before)you don’t get “no” for an answer from this guy….saw him walking all around with a camera......

Usama-u get scared of the name …but the guy is o.k.(let’s assume)got the best answers anybody can give....loved the rugger match with ICBT (his head loved it the most)....

Hisham-hangs with Usama and the rest ……..so watch out(kidding as usual)

Zaman-another follower of Usama……casual and cool is what this guy believes in.....any trouser is a trouser for him(I mean shorts)

Asanga-Tries so hard to not smile with his great big smile…..everybody is the same for him…..was always there for all meetings......

Veenu-Has had great experience in Galle with tents and rain and especially traveling….slow in talk (800 cc)but one of the nicest guys….wants to do things,but not easy for him(that's what he told me)-posters are fun

Ketheessan-Formally known as Kathee…..a guy who loves trousers which are not neither long nor short…..(formal name-three quarters)has a cool car (only thing wrong is the battery)wants to make things short and sweet...

Nayantha-Macho man of the committee (with a small but well built body)always has the purse in hand afraid it might be stolen (good luck to the guy who steals it)…..knows that the confirmation letter should reach the chairman before the day of the event as many don’t…

Gamika-A good example of a person who can be in charge of a game even when he has no idea of that game…. Rain has become a good friend of him 2 weeks ago…..(u can’t play tennis when it rains)
Amila-Posters,banners,G.U.A.C,pappa and Swarnavahini are some of the words he can barely speak and he can also spell out Swarnodaya on weekday mornings (Friday)the official compeer (announcer) (god bless the ones who listen)……..sounds play a major role in his life…

Sameera- The E-Guy…needs so much of motivation that the one who motivates him gets a bit annoyed…..his reputation and even his life (not forgetting his head)depends on the quality of the sounds he is giving us……..(sounds no good….bye bye Sameera)worked his whole life off just to give us cool publicity and great sounds....

Imran-Who says he’s tall (can’t help it if he’s already tall)useful when posters and banners have to be put up so high so that others can’t cover them up……has a bright future in the pappa industry (glue for posters).

Chanaka-In charge of the Official Organizing Committee Rugger team .It was a bit hard to hold on to the ball for the first few minutes(coz the ball was mostly with the other team)you should take off your teeth @ rugger....
Cool head and a good hand for the posters…..

Mevan- “Thola” is a reasonable name for him and you can even see why(if u don’t see anything try a pair of glasses without the frame)wants to be with the poster guys(short for –guys pasting posters at night)but due to unavoidable circumstances –no can do..some call him cute (wonder who?)

Sajeeva-Well built (may be too built depending on the way you look at him)world wide web(www)has got something to do with him……another proud member of the poster team....

Prasad-What lives in a zoo???(animals u dummy!!)that’s what u think???Prasad says he lives near the zoo(who knows it may be inside the z…. u never know)anothe www guy...and a poster guy....

Gayan-Could improve on his attendance to the meetings…..but when it comes to doing something (maybe nothing)he’s always there…..always has a smile (when you never should)

Vathsala-Plays around with his 3210(phone)known as a new A.I.S guy (wonder what he does there)suntel has something to do with him(or he has something to do with suntel)

Niroshan-Follower of Vathsala and that’s why you’ll find him in A.I.S with him….

Dinusha-Slow speaker(can’t hear a word he says)present at every game like everybody with his national bag…..hangs around with a guy 4 times in size and he comes in next to our list……
Amila-The one I told u about 5 seconds before ……you got to see him to believe in his appetite……two of the best friends totally different from each other(at least in size)…..heard that he is a good singer(rumors spread fast)Until the end of time is a nice song(rap)i've heard.....

Shihan-ICBT guy……got some bruises trying out rugger for the first time (go ICBT go)being in the organizing committee he’s also with the main sponsor-(wonder what he does there)craziest when it comes to posters.....

Jaliya-Only see him coming and the next thing you know is that he’s not there…..magic isn’t it….it’s none other than our good old Jaliya…….[Jaliya & Asokamala(missing in action)]

Rilwan-loves horror houses (got to be a relation of a dead guy or a half dead )has counting problems (cricket & no of ball per over)

Dinara-R.I……so many definitions for it…….guess and remember it……know what SS means –short & sweet(not sure of the sweet part)

Shehana-Another from R.I and hangs around with Dinara as usual…….but totally different from Dinara-know what TT means –Tall & Thin (she has both with no doubt)

Mohommed-Remembers to call only after a meeting asking when the meeting is…..(better late than never doesn’t work with him)…..


We made things happen just by being us and being friends and doing things together………..This is what we call SERIOUS FUN !!!! IN INTERACT……….
We forget our differences and only remember what should be done at all times……. We think of the other and care for the other ….coz….we are the same…. the same always…….We can’t do things alone …….and we don’t do things alone….we fall, get up and fall again….but we do all these together……….it’s everyone’s fight…..we remain the same forever as friend for life……we call all of this the………
